As the owner's of Auckland boutique baby store Global Baby, we were approached by Babyhood Australia to distribute their products in New Zealand. With decades of experience working within large and small NZ retailers, we were excited about the prospect of getting Babyhood out to more New Zealanders.
One of the first things we did as distributors was set up a warehouse in Auckland, with plenty of stock to ensure fast delivery to our New Zealand customers.
We offer everything from baby furniture, to bedding, and accessories. We carefully curate our product selection to ensure that we only offer items that meet our high standards for quality, safety, and functionality. Our nursery collections include beautiful real timber cots that are fully tested to the toughest Australian and New Zealand Standards, by the Australasian Furnishing Research and Development Institute (Furntech-AFRDI) an independent not-for-profit technical organisation providing standards, testing and product certification.
Most cot brands test their cots in China, but Babyhood so confident in the quality of their cots that they go through the extra expense of having them independently tested in Australia. There are very few test facilities worldwide, that boast such stringent test methodologies and so parents, can rest assured that our products are rigorously tested to be the safest, when they are tested by Furntech-AFRDI.
